Continuing Disclosure
The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (MSRB) Electronic Municipal Market Access website (EMMA) is the official source for municipal securities data and documents. As such, the State of Washington exclusively uses the EMMA issuer page platform for all of its financial disclosures. Investors should access official statements for the state’s bonds and certificates of participation, as well as continuing disclosure and other documents, directly on the EMMA website.
