Continuing Disclosure
Due to the prominence of and widespread reliance by the investor community on the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (MSRB) Electronic Municipal Market Access website (EMMA), the State has moved to the exclusive use of EMMA’s issuer page platform for all financial disclosures. Investors can access official statements for the State’s bonds and certificates of participation directly on the EMMA website.
There are currently three primary State of Washington Issuer Pages on EMMA, which can be accessed through the following links:
STATE OF WASHINGTON GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS — Note: Includes Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax and Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax/Vehicle Related Fees bonds
STATE OF WASHINGTON FEDERAL HIGHWAY GRANT ANTICIPATION REVENUE BONDS
STATE OF WASHINGTON CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION
EMMA provides access to information about individual bonds, commercial paper notes, bank loans, and other securities issued by various municipal entities across the nation. Please note that any information or documents posted by Washington on EMMA are dated as of their respective dates and speak only as of such dates. In addition, no information on the State’s own site is intended to be the basis of or should be relied upon in making an investment decision.
